Kind Words From Clients

This is a quick note of thanks for the very interesting and informative presentation last week about menopause. It’s so refreshing to see that you’re advocating in this area and addressing something that has never been discussed and often overlooked. Having spoken to my clients after the event, I know that each was very impressed and, more importantly, greatly benefited.

As a woman on the verge of 40, perimenopause has recently entered the realm of possibility as an explanation for so many symptoms I'm experiencing physically, mentally, and emotionally.  Aimee's talk at a recent WCT event really resonated with me and what I'm going through. I held back tears (in a good way) as she educated us on what is happening in our bodies, and the impact it has on every facet of our lives. I'm so grateful to meet someone who has taken the time to research and understand menopause, and is a real advocate for changing the way society perceives and treats women as they enter this phase. Thank you so much, Aimee! It was a very insightful and informative presentation. I really appreciated hearing your perspective on a topic that is definitely not discussed enough. Thank you so much!
- Sandra Starr, VP Strategic Projects, Corporatek

For me, this is a lot of information that I have had to gather for myself, but certainly would have been grateful to have had a session like this before I had started experiencing symptoms it may have taken me less time to figure out what was going on so that I could then get the right treatment with my doctor.

It's also very helpful to have these specific suggestions about what could be available at work if it did provide benefits or flexibility—sometimes, it's knowing what you can ask for.

An incredibly informative discussion, raising awareness at all levels. It's great to see organizations starting the necessary conversations and furthering investment in well-being.

- Droven Talamor, Talent Acquisition, Zurich

It was such a great talk and really resonated with me. I definitely held back tears a few times—in a good way!

- Melissa Bryanton, Loopio

As a former leader of a mid-sized company, I was frustrated by the lack of conversation about menopause and how it impacted employees. As a perimenopausal woman, I felt unsupported, even in leadership, and struggled to balance my symptoms with my career. Ultimately, I resigned, feeling like I wasn’t good enough. Working with Aimee has given me the knowledge and tools to advocate for others going through the same challenges. She’s taught me how to identify when someone needs support, even if they don't speak up. Menovate is a must for any company with more than one employee.

Having Aimee Debow speak with our team this week was such a great experience. Menopause is a conversation we’re only just beginning to discuss in the workplace, and her session opened the door to truly honest and meaningful discussions about a topic that so often doesn’t get the attention it deserves.

Thank you, Aimee, for leaving us with a deeper understanding, answering questions that can often feel discouraging, and giving us better tools to advocate for ourselves and support others experiencing menopause.

- Colette Parent, IDEA & Learning Coordinator, Kids Help Phone

Aimee was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning and delivery of our first session with Menovate. She was highly responsive, organized, and professional, making the process of working with her seamless.

Her presentation was well-structured, informative, and thoughtfully delivered, providing valuable insights on perimenopause and menopause in a way that was both accessible and relevant to our audience. She created a respectful and engaging environment that encouraged learning and open dialogue, and the session was very well received by our team.

We would not hesitate to work with Aimee again in the future and would recommend her to other organizations looking to support team awareness and education in this space.
