By the end of this course, menopause advocates will be empowered to:
- Recognize menopause as a workplace inclusion issue and understand their role in normalizing the conversation and influencing positive change
- Understand what menopause is, including the different stages, symptoms, and the physical, emotional, and psychological impacts it can have on individuals
- Appreciate how menopause can affect colleagues’ wellbeing, performance, and team dynamics and retention – and learn how to offer empathy and support
- Learn how to recognize, communicate with, and tailor support to the different menopause personas that can show up at work, ensuring an inclusive approach
- Understand what it means to be a Change Champion – an advocate who builds trust and helps connect colleagues with the right support and resources
